If you don’t own a pod type coffee machine, this is a great way to brew a single cup of coffee or espresso. My ex mother in law who was Sicilian had three of these in her house. She finally gave me one of them and I loved it. This one is exactly the same style as the one I used to have. It is so simple to use. You unscrew the base and the coffee filter is in there. You remove the metal filter, fill the base with water, put your ground coffee in the filter basket, put the basket back into the base and screw the base back to the percolator. When you put the espresso maker on to the stovetop, the water in the base bubbles and goes through the basket with the coffee, then the coffee gets drawn up into the top portion for you to drink. It tastes delicious and you can make a small portion. Any ground coffee will work in the filter basket. When you are done, let it cool then take it apart to empty the used grinds. You can wash it by hand with soap…

This classic stovetop espresso maker was delivered quickly. Without the video, I wouldn’t of known to just pour a bit of my espresso brew into a cup and top it off with some boiling water to level it out. But my oh my, my coffee routine just changed for the better! This stovetop espresso maker delivers a good, rich and smooth cup of coffee!

The espresso maker itself is made of a good quality aluminum material. The bottom reservoir unscrews from the pot, where you’ll find the removable coffee grounds basket. Simply remove the basket, fill the base with water to just below the release valve, and replace the basket. Fill the basket with your favorite coffee grounds, and screw the top back…
